HOW DOES IT WORK?

We stand behind our products with the Fore Show Guarantee, if you’re not satisfied within 30 days of receiving your order, we’ll make it right.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same, unused condition that you received it, with all original packaging and tags attached. Custom or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. All complimentary items must be returned with your order or the price of the item will be deducted from the return.

PURCHASED PACKAGE COVERAGE?

You're eligible for a free return as long as the item is in the same, unused condition that you received it with all original packaging and tags attached. If your item gets lost in the mail, we'll cover it!

Please note: If package says delivered no refunds will be made on claims that it did not.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please email us help@foreshowgolf.com and list your return reason with photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note, we are not liable for any damage to the outer packaging that occurs during transit.

FREE ITEM GIFT POLICY

From time to time, Fore Show Golf may include complimentary items with your order as a promotional gift while supplies last. These items are not guaranteed unless specifically listed as part of a paid bundle.

If a free gift is accidentally left out of your order, you will be issued store credit only in the set value Fore Show gives. We do not reship free gifts. All orders that include free gifts are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

LIMITED RELEASES

Limited releases are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. Because these items are produced in small quantities and sell out quickly, we're unable to accept returns once an order is placed. If you have questions about a limited release item before purchasing, please reach out to us before completing your order.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

DO YOU REFUND SHIPPING COST?

If we messed up, wrong item, damaged product, etc.  yes, we’ll cover it.
If it’s just a regular return or exchange, shipping costs aren’t refunded.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do not accept international returns.
