To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same, unused condition that you received it, with all original packaging and tags attached. Custom or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

To start your return, email our team at support@foreshowgolf.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please note: Fore Show does not cover the cost of return shipping.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@foreshowgolf.com with photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to get what you want is to place a new order for the item you want and return the original item following the process above. Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

DO YOU REFUND SHIPPING COST?

If we messed up, wrong item, damaged product, etc.Β  yes, we’ll cover it.
If it’s just a regular return or exchange, shipping costs aren’t refunded.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We’re happy to accept international returns, but return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We are unable to offer refunds for customs duties or import taxes.
